Products we sell come with the manufacturer's warranty through authorised distributors. The warranty period is listed on each product or shown on your invoice.

Making a claim

• Message us with your order number and a short description of the fault
• We'll help you check it and arrange a drop-off or pickup
• We handle the claim with the distributor for you

Not covered

• Physical or liquid damage
• Damage from incorrect installation or power surges
• Missing or tampered warranty stickers
